1. First, for the Wi-Fi connection
-Choose the option “Wi-Fi” in the settings screen of the iPhone and select “INSTAX-********” (with the SSID which is shown on the back of the printer) in the list of Wi-Fi networks.
2. Now, The functions of the “Instax SHARE” app won’t be able to be used until the following authority settings are allowed for the app.
After installing the app, when you open the following functions for the first time, authorization will be requested. Follow the steps below to allow authority. We will need access to “Location.”
Now, please follow the instructions below for access.
- The first step is to go to your “Settings” in your iOS.
- Then, search “Location” at the “Instax SHARE” bar, and choose the “While Using the App” option.
- If there is trouble finding “Location,” then please open the “Instax SHARE” app.
- “Take a picture”: Authority for “Camera”
- Dab the “Real-time template”: Authority for -“Camera” and “Location” on the app screen at the upper left.
- “Select from Photos”: Authority for “Photos” & allow.
If any of the upper solutions for settings are disabled, follow the steps below to select them.
Example: iPhone 6s (iOS 10.3.3)
- Go to “Settings”
- then tap on “Instax SHARE”
- Then tap on “ALLOW INSTAX SHARE TO ACCESS”, to enable “Camera”, “Photos” and “Position Information”
